An Industry 4.0-Compliant Machine
The industrial Snap-Lock rollformer includes a punching unit for creating fastener holes and an eaves-bending unit that forms a return on the panel so it can lock into the drip edge at the bottom of the roof.
The machine is easy to operate via a touchscreen control system. It is equipped for remote support and designed to integrate with a production plant’s ERP system, in line with Industry 4.0 standards. This ensures real-time order tracking between production and administration.

Various grooving and embossing options are available to produce visually striking panels. Machines can also be configured to produce different panel widths.

The next-generation Snap-Lock rollforming line can reach production speeds of nearly 6,000 ft² per hour.
This is made possible by flying eaves-bending and cutting units. Instead of stopping the line for bending and cutting, the tools follow the panel along the machine, performing operations on the fly.
The machine’s high speed is paired with a fast robotic stacker that arranges the panels according to the client’s preferred stacking method.
