For example, ridge caps commonly used on tile-sheet panels are semi-round parts with regularly spaced pressings to reinforce the part. The ridge cap machine for tile panels therefore includes a rollforming section, followed by a press and then a shear cutter. The control unit allows users to set the spacing between pressings, as well as the material length between the edge and the first pressing.
