Steel Roofing with Slate Style
The Slate roofing panel replicates the look of traditional slate roofs while offering all the benefits of modern steel roofing. The machine can also produce connecting pieces, allowing for standard-length roofing sections. The edges of each panel fold to create an invisible joint with the connector piece. Embossing rollers enhance the slate effect.
Brick-Effect Wall Panels
The same machine can produce high-quality wall panels with a brick appearance. The smart profile design forms a watertight connection with the panel below and requires fastening on only one side of each panel.
Multiple Widths on a Single Machine
The Slate roll former can produce four different widths of brick-effect wall panels in addition to the slate-style roofing panels and connectors. The required coil widths for each profile are selected to minimize waste when slitting full-width coils.
Switching between widths is quick and easy. The brick effect can be adjusted by setting the embossing rollers.
