Automated Profiling of Gutter Downspout Tubes
The Profiilikeskus gutter downspout roll forming machine allows for the production of round or square downspout tubes, depending on the model. In addition to forming the downspout itself, the machine also enables the creation of elbows and the crimping of tube ends for easy assembly.
Custom Elbows
Multiple elbows can be created on the same downspout, making it easy to produce S-shaped tubes for specific projects. Tube length and the number of elbows are easy to program using the touchscreen control system. Once the program is set, the system displays a drawing of the part to be produced. Product dimensions can be programmed in either inches or millimeters, and up to 100 different products can be stored.
Crimping Table for Interlocking Parts
The machine is equipped with a crimping table that allows the ends of the produced pieces to be crimped. This enables the creation of downspout segments that fit together perfectly and are easy to install.
To use the crimping table, simply push the piece into the center of the table.
When producing straight sections, the table can be flipped and attached to the machine for continuous operation.
High Production Speed
The downspout roll forming machine is designed for high-capacity industrial production. It can produce up to 147 feet (45 meters) of downspout per minute or 500 elbows per hour.
