The cassette rollforming machine consists of a sheet metal entry section and a frame where a set of cassettes is installed depending on the product to be manufactured. Each cassette set includes a set of forming rollers and a shear for a specific profile. New cassette sets can be created even after the machine is delivered, for example, if new products are added to the portfolio.
Easy to Change and Store Cassettes
Unused cassettes can be stacked on top of each other to save space. Lifting eyes are integrated into the cassettes for easy handling during cassette changes.
When installing new cassettes, precise slide guides ensure perfect alignment between them. Once in place, quick connectors allow each cassette to be connected to motors, power, and compressed air if needed.
Different Machine Widths
